Returns & Replacements
All goods purchased from Comdate are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and may be returned if they are faulty or don’t perform as specified in the manufacturers technical specifications.
Comdate will facilitate any repairs, returns or replacements under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Customers must satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the product ordered. Comdate will not accept for return goods that were ordered incorrectly.
If we make a mistake and accidentally send you an incorrect product, we will resend the correct product to you at no additional charge, and we will cover the cost of the freight.
You must contact Comdate prior to return of any product for any reason. Comdate may not be able to assist appropriately if not contacted prior to return of any goods.
