Comdate commenced operations in 2003, initially to supply Agilent/HP test equipment to the Australian Telecommunication industry.
Comdate has expanded the product and services product portfolio since then to meet the changing needs and initiatives of the Telco industry.
Comdate is able to bring a “best of breed” approach to our customers, given that we are uniquely positioned to understand customer requirements and utilise the contact with overseas suppliers that we have built up in the many years of working in this industry.
Some of our major suppliers are internationally recognized companies such as JDSU and Ineoquest through to niche companies such as Psiber Data and FE Test and Ladybug for handheld test equipment for cable and RF systems.
We have also seen very significant growth in our SW and services business through our relationship with QualiSystems, the premier provider of test automation software for the Telco industry. We have now established a number of major automation initiatives within large fixed and mobile network operators in Australia. These systems are providing real gains in reducing cost of test at the same time as increasing test coverage.
